Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in Hotel Master cancellation policy (see "Cancellation Policy" below).

Making your reservation is easy and safe:
- Select your desired dates.
- Select your desired room types (you can view the rooms descriptions and facilities by clicking on the room type).
- Select your desired number of rooms. Then press the book now button.

Subsequently the reservation form appears and you have to confirm your booking. Immediately thereafter you will receive a printable, screen confirmation of your booking. Then, following your screen confirmation, you will receive an instant detailed email confirmation with all of the hotel's contact information and the pricing details.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 22.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
